Campus Crusade for Christ Africa gathers 5,000 students, young professionals, pastors and staff across the continent — united in Spirit-filled leadership and a ministry that bridges the missional gap.
Pamoja is a Swahili word meaning "togetherness." The spirit of Pamoja is to mobilize Africans to come together, united in reaching the continent and beyond with the gospel, and to raise God-fearing leaders of integrity for the continent and the world.
The vision was conceived at the West Africa students conference "Harvest 2003." Since then, Pamoja has grown into one of the largest gatherings of African students, young professionals and church leaders on the continent.

Arise Africa is a call to a generation: into a Spirit-filled personal life of integrity and intimacy with God, and into a ministry that bridges the missional gap — reaching our cousins, the youth population, digital communities, marketplace leaders, and planting churches where none exist.
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.”
Pamoja V brings together two distinct gatherings at the Addis Ababa Convention Center — first the main Pamoja Conference for delegates, immediately followed by a dedicated Staff Conference.
